These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using The Text Repeater website and its free browser-based tools, including the text repeater and blank / invisible character generator. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By visiting https://thetextrepeater.com/ or using any tool on the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Related privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. If a Privacy Policy page is not yet published, treat browser-side tool processing as described in Section 2 until that policy is live.

2. Description of the service

The Text Repeater provides free, client-side utilities that help users:

• Repeat text, words, emojis, or strings a chosen number of times
• Format output with delimiters and related controls
• Copy, download, or share generated text (including optional WhatsApp share flows where available)
• Generate and copy invisible / blank Unicode characters for spacing, messaging, or display-name formatting

Unless we clearly state otherwise, processing for these tools happens locally in your device’s browser. We do not operate these tools as a hosted text-storage service, and we do not promise permanent storage of your drafts or outputs.

The service is provided free of charge and may display advertising or affiliate promotions in the future. Availability, features, limits, and performance may change without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You may use the site if you can form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use The Text Repeater only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the tools to commit fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, scams, or other illegal activity
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or compromise the site’s security or infrastructure
• Misrepresent that The Text Repeater endorses, verifies, or guarantees content you create
• Use invisible characters or repeated text to violate another platform’s rules, cheat systems, evade moderation, or deceive other users in a way that breaks applicable law or platform terms
• Upload or paste malware, exploits, or content you do not have rights to process

You are solely responsible for how you paste, publish, or send generated text on third-party apps, games, or websites.

5. Third-party platforms and trademarks

Mentions of WhatsApp, Discord, Instagram, Telegram, Free Fire, BGMI, Steam, or similar products are for descriptive compatibility only. The Text Repeater is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, WhatsApp LLC, Discord Inc., Telegram, Garena, Krafton, Valve, or any other third-party platform named on the site.

Those platforms set their own terms, filters, character limits, and name policies. Results that work today may fail later if a platform changes validation rules. We do not control third-party acceptance of blank characters, repeated messages, or shared links.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s branding, layout, copy, design system, and original software presentation are owned by The Text Repeater or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your content: Text you type into the tools remains yours. We do not claim ownership of user-entered strings or the plain outputs you generate for your own use.

License to operate the site: By using the site, you grant us only the limited technical rights needed to operate and improve the publicly available tools (for example, displaying pages and measuring aggregate traffic). That grant does not include a right for us to sell your private drafts as a dataset when those drafts never leave your browser.

You may not copy the site wholesale, mirror it as a competing clone, remove attribution in a misleading way, or use our brand to imply partnership without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that:

• The tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every browser or region
• Outputs will be accepted by any game, messenger, or social platform
• Clipboard, share, download, or Unicode rendering behavior will be identical on every device
• Any particular SEO, ranking, or business result will follow from using the site

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Text Repeater and its operators, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (currently $0 for the free tools) or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Text Repeater and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the tools, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update features, remove tools, change limits, or revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we publish revisions. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, subject to those mandatory protections.
